Good Morning Fibro Sufferers!  (Sounds like "Good Morning Vietnam"  LOL!)  I wanted to wake up this morning and write ya'll this sweet and supportive note so that you would think you were reading posts in an atypical FM message board.  (Spreads flower petal about.)  It's another great day to be alive and we should all join hands and sing kum-by-ya(sp?)! 

Now, to the latest news!  You will all be very excited to know that one of our board members is finding great success with the "Salonpas" product and we encourage you all to run out and buy some today!  Unfortunately for those of you whose pain is worse than what these little patches will help, to bad so sad...but -Lets all spread happiness and joy around us by writing a little poem about it, ok?  (trips away to tinkling music...)

OK.  I think I have made my point.  These huge boards with high member counts could unify and put pressure on state representatives to support funding towards FM research.  If they tried they could really make a difference, instead they concentrate their efforts on spreading sunshine, flowers and poetry...Oh my!  If I am able to EVER build my membership that high, my forum is going to make a difference!  I make that promise now.  We WILL make a difference!

If you want to be a part of something important to the FM community, rather than just spreading sunshine and flowers, join The Ultimate Fibromyalgia Forum!  It is time to be pro-active and start demanding help from out state representatives, our community leaders and yes, Hollywood!  (How many stars do you see having benefits for Fibromyalgia?)  I don't know about you all but I am tired os sitting here on my tail while they ignore our cries for help.  As an example: I have written my state representative, Kay Bailey Hutchison 5 times asking for help!  5 times!  I have not received not even one acknowledgement from her office, yet alone any action taken by her staff on my disability case.  I ask you, how long are we just going to sit here suffering while being ignored???!  Come on people!  Get off of your tails and get busy!  We have work to do!
