...And the Fog Clears...

Today I woke up with a clearer head than I have had in days.  Most of the confusion from the TIA I had on Sunday has cleared and the soreness that I felt yesterday from the day spent at the hospital is gone.  Praise God!  I know my family is praying for me and I know that He is listening because I feel better today.  I actually slept most of the night and got some rest so that helps too.

Yesterday I spent most of the day in bed and napped several hours in the late afternoon.I was worn out from being at the hospital all day the day before with Stewart.  He is ok and came throught the surgery well so that is good.  I got really upset with his surgeon because he didn't do the surgery the way he was supposed to and it was one of those times where you really have to fight to control yourself.  As we stood out in the hallway and he explained what he had done, it was all I could do not to grab him up by the collar of his little white coat and slam him up against the wall.  (I mean, I really had to fight not to do it!!)  I get so tired of those doctors screwing him around and I had reached my limit.  But, Stewart seems pleased with what he did so I have to keep my mouth shut.  He says that is why we pay them the big bucks and I say yeah, that is why we pay them the big bucks OVER AND OVER AGAIN!  Oh, well.

I have thought about it and I am pretty sure that the TIA I had on Sunday had to be caused by the stress of knowing that the SSA is sending me for an exam for PTSD, anxiety and depression.  Yeah, I know, the case has to be a shoe-in after they hear all of it but that stuff has already been processed and put away.  Now I have to rehash it and bring it all back to the surface again.  I received the letter on Saturday and then Sunday had the TIA.  That had to be the cause.

In other news, I applied for and have been approved for RSS feeds on the site from WebMD.  That is great news.  Not only will the site visitors benefit from the feeds, but it will help in the search engines as well.  We're movin on up...

I have also applied to several additional webrings but they are taking forever to approve.  I have received approval from two and am listed but am waiting for approval from 4 others that have more members.  If you visit the site, be sure and click on the webring link.  There are lots of other sites out there about fibro and they may have info you can use.

I also am going to add Bidz.com to the site on a yet to be designed page that will get me 16% of purchases made on Bidz.com from my link.  If you haven't tried their site yet you should.  It is possitively addictive and with one dollar bids on auctions that only last a few minutes, you can get great stuff for cheap.  I love it.

Well, that's about it for today.  Thanks for all the prayers and keep up the good fight.  Most importantly, never give up!
